FINANCIAL AUDIT AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

A French department, as owner, entrusts the functioning of an airport to a third party by means of a public service delegation agreement.

In this context, the operator guarantees:

  • the operation and maintenance of infrastructures;

  • assistance to airlines (ground handling);

  • regalian safety and security missions;

  • land and property management of the property;

  • the development of air services and related activities.

The Department is very attentive to the correct execution of the contract by its Delegate, both in terms of the operational management and development of the platform while preserving its economic interests and the benefits for the territory.

It exercises its duty of control, as a Delegating Authority, within the framework of a precise steering of the contractual relationship.

We have assisted it in this framework to carry out expert appraisals and financial controls to ensure optimal monitoring of the execution of the contract by applying our contract management methodology.
