Work description
You will be quickly integrated into the team and involved in the team as a full member.
As a consultant, in collaboration with a senior expert in his or her field, you will be brought to :
Conducting a project
Participate in the diagnosis of organizations, processes and IS
Contributing to change management
Formalize target processes
Building and managing a project plan
Facilitating a consultation in the context of a call for tenders
Realize the project communication supports
Participate in project steering bodies
Prepare training materials and train end-users
You will also be involved in the internal life of the firm, and in the development of the firm (participation in commercial proposals, ...).
The profile
We are looking for a trainee consultant in pre-employment (end of studies internship)
Education: Bac +5, Business School, Sciences Po, IAE
You would like to work in a management consulting company
Through your training, you have a transverse knowledge of the company
You have already developed an appetite and skills in a functional area (supply chain, marketing, HR, Purchasing, finance, ...)
You are aware of project management and change management issues
Your qualities: rigor, pro activity, curiosity, teamwork, mastery of oral and written communication.
Position based in Nantes or in Paris (France)
