About the training

The training makes you able to master the different customer centered tools (Personae, Customer journey map, Value Proposition Canvas, Business Model Canvas). Those four tools help to understand:

  • who are your clients

  • what are their needs and emotions

  • how you can create and deliver value to your clients, addressing their real needs

According to the needs, the training is provided face-to-face, through distance learning session or combines both formulas.
