Finance for non financials profiles

About the training

This training aims at developing skills of non-financial profiles who often need to use economic and financial tools (presentation of a new offer, contribution to the annual budget ...).

More and more non-financial professionals have to use and master the interpretation of economic and financial information, especially the balance sheet, the income statement, cash flows and an understanding of shareholders’s challenges. Indeed, decisions made without even a first-level understanding of financial logic can lead to decision that reduce potential profits or value for the shareholders.

By increasing their knowledge of financial tools, participants become better able to manage revenues, costs, profits and the corresponding cash flow. They are also able to use their new financial skills to make more realistic and effective decisions.
