Design Thinking

About the training

This approach seeks to create new user-centered offerings in an iterative way. It is intended to accelerate projects by finding concrete solutions to complex problems using a collective and empathetic approach.

The process is structured in 6 main iterative phases:

1.      Empathy: identifying and understanding needs

2.      The problem: specifying the problem to be solved

3.      The idea: to bring out new solutions

4.      Prototyping: prototyping your solution

5.      The pitch: presenting its potential solution

6.      The test: testing your solution with your target audience
