When integrating Abington, a corporate mentor is assigned to you to follow your evolution at Abington and to help you in any situation. He participates in your annual assessment and in the evaluation committee that decides your next grade.
Developing your competencies and skills through training is highly recommended to address our client’s requirements and to develop strong expertise. Both internal and external training are ensured to strengthen your core skills or to develop new ones if necessary.
Finally, at Abington, a consultant can at any time choose to enroll another team or to move to another office in France or abroad!
